Scott Killgore joined the pastoral staff of Wyatt Park in 1996. He served as Associate Pastor until January, 2006, when he succeeded Gene Mockabee as Senior Pastor. Scott oversees all of the church’s ministries and is the teacher (preacher) during worship 36-40 weekends each year. He has led numerous mission trips, including 2 trips to India in 1998 and 2000, and annual trips with the church’s high school youth.  He is active in the community, currently serving on the Marketing Committee the United Way of Greater St. Joseph and on the Board of Directors of Inter/Serv.

Scott is a native of northwest Missouri, having grown up at First Christian Church, Plattsburg. Prior to entering seminary in 1992, he spent 17 years in broadcast journalism. He earned numerous regional and national awards in a radio-TV career that took him to Kansas City, Detroit, Denver, Columbia, South Carolina, and Charlotte, North Carolina. He earned a BA in Business Administration (1992) from Queens College in Charlotte, NC. He earned a Master of Divinity degree (1996) at Lexington Theological Seminary in Lexington, Kentucky and then in 2005, he completed a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Spirituality from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, CA.

Scott enjoys golf, bicycling, reading, photography, and hiking in the Rocky Mountains. He and his wife Deirdra ("Deedie") have been married 33 years. They have three children - twin daughters, age 21, and a son, age 15. You may e-mail Scott at scott@wyattparkcc.org.

Michael Campbell     

Michael Campbell joined our staff in August of 2007 and serves as Associate Pastor for Adult Ministries. He is a 50 year old native of Pennsylvania. Much of his growing up took place in northern New Jersey. He spent 28 years in secular employment - most of that as a National Account Executive with Medco Health - before surrendering to the call to ministry and entering Dallas Theological Seminary (non-denominational) in 2004. He graduated in 2006 with a Masters Degree in Christian Education. Michael comes to Wyatt Park after spending a year involved with planting a new church in Asheville, North Carolina. 

He and his wife Kristi were married in 1997 and now have 4 children - 2 of them are adopted from Russia. In June of 1999, Kristi accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and Lord. Michael did the same in 2000. Because he is a relatively new Christian, he brings special gifts for communicating the gospel to people who are outside the church. He is passionate about adult spiritual growth and discipleship. Michael is an intentional student of the Bible and loves to help others grow in God's Word.  

When not engaged in ministry, Michael's family is his top priority. He also enjoys early morning runs and mountain biking. He loves music of all kinds and enjoys a variety of sports. You may e-mail Michael at michael@wyattparkcc.org.

Jessica Stan 

Jessica Stan joined our ministry staff in June, 2007 as Pastor to Children and Youth. She came to Wyatt Park from Havre de Grace, Maryland where she taught music for Harford County Public Schools and Joyful Sounds School of music. She brings a variety of experience working with children, youth, and adults. She has lead retreats, service projects, musical and theatrical performances, and has experience teaching both in the public school classroom and the church. Jessica served at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Bel Air, MD on the youth ministry and children's ministry staff, the worship teams, and as a lay-leader. She has written and directed various musicals, plays, and skits. 

Jessica was born and raised on the East Coast, living in Connecticut, New Jersey and Maryland.  She graduated from Eastern University in St. David's, Pennsylvania with a BA in Music and a minor in youth ministry, furthering her studies with continuing education classes in education, technology, and data management.
