Elk Horn Lutheran ť Weddings at Elk Horn Lutheran Church

At Elk Horn Lutheran Church, we want your wedding to be special. We would love to help you create a service which is both meaningful and personal to you. With that in mind we have designed this site so that you can hopefully get an idea of how weddings are done here, and how you can personallize it within the framework of our committment to God.

The first thing that you need to do, before you book anything else, is make sure that the pastor and the facility is available on the date you wish to have your wedding. In order to do that, you should fill out our Wedding Request form as completely as possible by clicking here, and submitting the form. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it should be one of the first things you do.

You should also know that there are certain fees involved, and those fees are different for non-members than they are for members. Here they are:

The Pastor will be paid for counseling sessions (2-3 1 hour sessions),
rehearsal and wedding: $150 for non-members, $100 for members;

Use of sanctuary--$150 for non-members, nothing for members;

Fellowship Hall -- For both members and non-members: $50;

Sound boardperson - $20;

Custodian - $50 if only the sanctuary isused and additional
$50 if reception is held at church.
